April 2016 - IIDT along with its international Donors hands over 14 houses to the community
Fourteen new houses were handed over to the selected beneficiaries on the 20th of April at Craighead Estate belonging to Kahawatta Plantation. The project was a component of the Programme for the Upliftment of the living and socio-economic conditions of plantation workers and their families (UPPLAW III) implemented jointly with PADEM, France supported by Foundation Abbe Pierre, France.
