People centered research and development is the core of the research and consultancy arm. It focuses on research endavours that are broadly related to community development and empowerment. IIDT’s efforts to address the increasing demand of community consultation and derive solutions by means of sustainable development initiatives has strengthened its research arm. The research and consultancy arm consists of a panel of experts with diverse social and environmental experience. Research problem identification, design frameworks and tools, data collection, analysis and reporting in areas that are of concern in achieving sustainable human development are the key areas interest of IIDT at large.
